"Any skateboarders out there? We have a great park [Water and Hersey Sts.] with three bowls and some stunt blocks and rails. Lots of kids here are sponsored riders, and they all get their boards at the Low Down Board Shop [393 E. Main St.; 541/488-8969]. Bikers like it here, too. We have our own ski mountain, Mount Ashland, and in the summer you can ride on some of the paths. Rent a mountain bike at Siskiyou Cyclery [1729 Siskiyou Blvd.; 541/482-1997]. My favorite place for lunch? Brothers', of course, but I also like the pepperoni pizza at Giseppi's [1469 Siskiyou Blvd.; 541/482-5559] and the smoked-salmon ravioli at Wiley's World [1606 Ashland St.; 541/488-0285]. Trust me, just try it."
