Taking inspiration from Milan's cultlike fashion source 10 Corso Como, a trio of new shops have moved in nearby. At Self Made (6 Via Bertini; 39-02/316-752), Roberta Vincenzi and Rosita Onofri create whimsical styles—a tweed dress has a cutaway back that reveals a tulle underskirt. They can also knock out more serious, made-to-measure outfits in less than four days (dresses start at $88). For cheeky classics, such as somber-hued pants with pockets lined in Op Art fabrics, head to Co Co (4 Via Giannone; 39-02/3360-6356). A rainbow-striped wall at Oplà! (7 Via Cagnola; 39-02/3493-4782) provides the perfect backdrop for colorful handmade accessories. Snap up Michela Deanesi's tasseled pixie hat—if Milan's fashionistas haven't gotten there first.
