You may never have heard of Haeftling (German for "prisoner"), but it's becoming a fashion house—make that fashion big house. Jails in Germany and Switzerland are putting inmates to work, creating jackets, bags, and, most recently, a line of women's wear. Products are available on the Web site, www.haeftling.de, but a Berlin shop will open by the fall.
