Anyone looking to travel between Dubai and Panama City—otherwise known as the world's longest flight, clocking in at 8,590 miles and 17 hours and 35 minutes of air time—is in for a treat. Emirates recently announced a special on their new direct flights between the two hubs kicking off February 1st, 2016. The deal: economy tickets will start at $1,962 and $5,588 for business class. To put this into context, we searched for the same flights for March 24th (one day after the sale) and found the lowest price to be $2,241 for economy and $9,535 for business class—quite a steal for anyone looking to upgrade.

Based on the amenities and service their business class boasts, we'd say spending almost a day in luxury at 40,000 feet in the air is almost worth the airfare difference. Travelers, you've got until December 23rd to take advantage of the deal for all travel through March 23rd, 2016. For all of the details on this new route, head to Emirate's website.
