Proof that the world is just one big spin-off of South Beach: Ocean Drive's Nikki Beach (www.nikkibeach.com), a restaurant-club catering to the (expensively) underdressed and oversexed, is replicating its formula around the globe. With Nikki boîtes already ensconced on St. Bart's and Sardinia, and four more openings since 2004—in Cabo San Lucas, Cannes, Atlantic City, and Buzios, Brazil—the club's signature white umbrellas may soon cover the planet. At each outpost, you'll find bamboo lounges around a torchlit pool, an Atkins-friendly menu of sashimi and carpaccio, and a hard-partying clientele for whom Cristal is meant to be sprayed on one's companions, not just imbibed.
