A Week in Provence
The temporal precision of the grand old game (tee times, ready golf) is deeply at odds with the, well, "timeless" nature of Provence. The road system can be a nest of confusion, even for the visitor who speaks French. For trips into the countryside, have your concierge arrange for a driver.
