This month, JetBlue began serving the first rosé in the history of U.S. domestic air travel. A glass of the Lioco Indica is offered to those flying in the airline’s Mint class.

Guests flying from JFK to LAX and SFO on this airline’s “egalitarian answer to business class” can enjoy complimentary glasses of wine, which was selected by JetBlue’s sommelier Jon Bonné for its summery notes of watermelon rind, pomelo, and rose petals.

After all, why should a single summer afternoon—at sea level or 35,000 feet—be spent without a glass of rosé?
