The beach at Temenos Anguilla, a St. Regis Retreat (264/235-7000; www.stregisresidences.com/anguilla) is about to get a little more crowded: the venerable hotel group is adding residences to the ultra-exclusive rental villas on the island's southwest coast. Hewing to Temenos's serene Mediterranean-style design (Santorini-bright white walls, geometric cutouts), the residential properties include 2,200-square- foot apartments (from $3.25 million), three- or four-bedroom villas (from $4.5 million), and massive 4,850-square-foot custom estates (from $6.5 million)—each equipped with plasma-screen TV's, an infinity pool or whirlpool tub, even a personal butler who'll whisk you from the airport to your front door.
