His Fast Good (NH Eurobuilding, 23 Calle Padre Damián; 34-91/343-0655; www.nh-hotels.com) serves quick bites—hamburgers with olive tapenade, fries cooked in Spanish olive oil—in a futuristic green and purple storefront in Madrid.
