It seems like everyone is making the trip to Iceland this year—stunning glacier vistas, black sand beaches, the chance to see the Northern Lights in person. It's no wonder Justin Bieber loves it there so much. Icelandair just gave us another reason to plan a trip: their new "Stopover Buddy" program. In short, if you decide to take advantage of the airline's offer to spend up to seven days in the country on a layover (with no additional airfare costs!), they'll give you a personal tour guide for one of the days. The only catch: You'll have to pay for your Buddy's food and any activities you decide to embark on—a small price to pay for the insight of a local.

According to the airline's website, you'll be paired up with a Buddy who shares similar personal interests for a day of fun with someone who truly knows the area. You set up a time to meet your buddy, and off you go. Forewarning: This isn't a permanent offer from the airline—only travelers above the age of 18 flying on the airline (and making a stopover in Iceland before heading off to their final destination) between the dates of February 2nd and April 30th can participate. We're willing to bet a lot of people will be into the idea, so you'd better reserve your spot quickly. Find out how to get your own here.
