Any seasoned traveler knows the importance of a rockstar carry-on. When you're packing your entire life into one, overhead bin-sized bag, it pays to have the best of the best. More than 6,000 people have found their match on KickstarterG-RO, a rolling carry-on with a serious set of wheels. Aside from its hyped-up, all-terrain wheels (which, for the record, have their own patent), the bag also features a built-in tablet stand, impact-resistant panels, charging station, laptop case, and an easy access pouch for liquids.

The project has a few days left in its campaign, but has already raised more than $2 million—the original goal was $125,000. In a world with way too many carry-on designs that don't live past a handful of flights, it'll be interesting to see where this one ends up. Considering its already fighting some of travel's most annoying aspects (clunky wheels, lack of protection, and non-TSA compliant sizes), it's off to a great start.
