Luxury hotels are taking surf-and-turf to another level, allowing guests to add jaunts aboard schooners and yachts to their stays. Voyagers on Aman Resorts' new Komodo Expedition (800/477-9180; www.amanresorts.com; doubles from $2,100, all-inclusive) cruise for three nights through eastern Indonesia on the 114-foot Silolona, a teak- and ironwood schooner known as a phinisi. For those prone to seasickness, six auxiliary bungalows are rooted on terra firma.
