If there's anyone who truly understands the stresses of flying, it's the crew of flight attendants making your trip as comfortable as possible. Taylor Tippett, a Washington D.C.-based member of the American Airlines crew, has taken service to the next level by leaving little notes of encouragement to unsuspecting travelers. The project even caught the eyes of the Discovery Channel, who profiled her project as one of their "Seeker Stories" in the video above.

For each note, Lippett snaps a shot of the encouragement taped to the airplane window before hiding them in random safety cards. Social media users have taken to their own accounts using #wordsfromthewindowseat on Instagram in an attempt to make flying a more enjoyable—and surprisingly motivational—experience for all.
