St.-Tropez?Passé. Ibiza? So over. The summer's hottest spots for bar-hopping are not where you'd expect. PUERTO BANUS In this town near Marbella, Spain, London party girls and billionaire sheikhs flaunt their cash at the Plaza Beach Terrace (44-207/731-0000), an open-air club with stunning sea views. LISBON Chic locals head to the Alcântara Café (15 Rua Maria Luisa Holstein; 351-21/363-7176; dinner for two $60), an Art Deco-style restaurant and bar in a capacious former printing works, and then slip over to the labyrinthine club Lux (Avda. Infante Dom Henrique; 351-218/820-890). MOSCOW Nouveau riche young Russians and jet-setters alike mingle at Milk & Honey (38 Ulitsa Myasnitskaya; 7-095/928-9947), an over-the-top, baroque lounge, then move on to Osen (3 Teatr alny Proyezd; 7-095/921-9888), a bar that practices the infamous Moscow door policy of "face control." BERLIN The hippest clubs are Greenwich (5 Gipsstrasse, Mitte; 49-30/2809-5566), a narrow bar framed in lime-colored leather, and Universum Lounge (153 Kurfürstendamm; 49-30/8906-4995), a former Bauhaus cinema with space-age furnishings. Still dancing at dawn?Dangerous Drums (www.dangerous-drums.de), a roaming tribal-electronica party usually at the club Pfefferbank (176 Schönhauser Allee), is a must.
