What happens when you cross art, pop culture, hallucinogens, and civil unrest?Head to the Tate Liverpool to find out. "Summer of Love: Art of the Psychedelic Era" (www.tate.org.uk; through Sept. 25) presents 800 eye-popping works by artists from the sixties through today. Look for Andy Warhol films, projections by Gustav Metzger (who developed light shows for bands like the Who), and an interactive sculpture by Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama.
