Now is the time to be in Tokyo. Thanks to warmer-than-usual temperatures, Hama-rikyu Gardens are currently a-blossom with vibrant yellow rapeseed flowers. Locals and tourists generally have to wait until mid-March to take in a scene like this. Around 300,000 rapeseed flowers were planted in the park. This is no Death Valley super bloom, but there's plenty of flora to wow your Instagram followers.
