As if we weren’t already excited that rising chef Magnus Nilsson, of Sweden’s venerable Fäviken, just debuted The Nordic Cookbook, a beautifully photographed compendium of 700 recipes on both classic and progressive northern dishes. Now, Phaidon has announced that Nilsson is embarking on a whirlwind seven-night, six-city book tour around the U.S. this month—and foodies are chomping at the bit.

Nilsson has partnered with exclusive supper club company Dinner Lab to host a rotating five-course dinner series in cities on both coasts. During the event, diners will get to hear Nilsson speak about his travels and experiences of putting the book together—all while digging in to inspired dishes prepared by some of the world’s most revered Nordic chefs (Fredrik Berselius of Brooklyn’s Aska, Emma Bengtsson of New York’s Aquavit, Even Ramsvik of Oslo’s Ylajali).

Here’s the schedule:
Boston, MA: Saturday November 14
New York, NY: Sunday, November 15
New York, NY: Monday, November 16
New Orleans, LA: Tuesday, November 17
Austin, TX: Wednesday, November 18
San Francisco, CA: Thursday, November 19
Portland, OR: Friday, November 20

Tickets, on sale now, are $175 per person and include a five-course dinner and all beverages, as well as a signed copy of The Nordic Cookbook.
