Ray Stubblebine / Carnival Cruise Lines
July 28, 2015

Kathie Lee Gifford has been on a lot of cruises (hundreds, according to the performer). With this in mind, it only makes sense that one of the only places you can get her GIFFT wine is on a Carnival Cruise—and that she's got some killer packing advice when it comes to preparing for an oceanside adventure. I spent some time with the television host/songwriter/comedian/actress/singer sipping on her new pinot noir rosé—on an actual cruise ship, might I add—and swapping packing tips. Here's what she had to share:

Keep It Simple: Roll Your Clothes

"Hang them up as soon as you get there. There’s a lot of humidity on a cruise and you won’t have to iron or steam anything."

Find a Desginer That Looks Good No Matter Where You Are

"There’s a particular designer I recommend—Clara Sun Woo. She’s a South Korean designer living in New York City. I wear her stuff all of the time, especially when I travel. I just flew out to LA two weeks ago for my daughter’s movie premiere. I packed my Clara, wore it, and it was just perfect the minute you put it on."
