For the next week, Canberra International Airport in Australia will be showing off a few new colors. To show support for equal marriage and an upcoming bill that's expected to be introduced to the House of Representatives within the next two weeks, the travel hub is lit up rainbow-style for the next week. The airport is already very publicly a supporter of #WeCanDoThis—a social campaign focused on Australia's marriage equality.

In an interview with Mashable, airport managing director Stephen Byron shared a few words on the installation: "We are attempting to highlight the deep, positive and strong feelings of the vast majority of the community in support of equality," he said. "We hope that the rainbow image across the gateway to Australia’s National Capital will have similar impact to lighting up the White House after the historic U.S. Supreme Court ruling determining marriage equality in the U.S. in June this year."
