At his minimalist restaurant Oaxen Krog (four-course prix fixe dinner for two $538), Ek prepares regionally sourced dishes like wild salmon and cockle tartare. Spend the night at Prince van Orangiën (doubles from $239), the restaurant’s seven-cabin 1930’s Dutch riverboat-hotel docked steps from the restaurant.
