to book flights within China, try the English-language version of airfare consolidator Ctrip (english.ctrip.com). Ctrip delineates airlines in China and their routes, and uncovers fares that U.S.-base search engines do not. At press time, we found a $201 round-trip fare between Beijing and Qingao on China Eastern that was $20 less than comparable flights found elsewhere.
