Seattle has again displayed its caffeine-fueled efficiency: the airport is holding steady in the top slot since last year. The only downside: it did slip from 2010’s stellar 10 percent delay rate. But even at its lowest point during the day, Sea-Tac still had a commendable less than 1-in-5 chance of making you wait.

Worst Time Window: 6–8 p.m.
