Sydney's Overseas Passenger Terminal has undergone a $22 million face-lift, sparking the city's latest feeding frenzy. Across the quay from the Sydney Opera House, the ship terminal is now home to numerous restaurants and bars. Former Conran creative director Mark Landini captured the plum commission, and his goal was simple: accentuate those views. The three-level Cruise Bar & Restaurant (61-2/9251-1188; dinner for two $66) adheres to Landini's minimalist mantra, its only visual distraction a sound-activated wall of colored lights. —Kendall Hill
