America's Strangest Roadside Attractions

Fred Smith’s Wisconsin Concrete Park, Phillips, WI

More than 200 concrete sculptures—all created by a single artist—are scattered across 3.5 acres of this 16-acre small-town park. After Smith’s death in 1976, restoration of the park was spearheaded by the Kohler Foundation, which eventually turned over control to Price County, to be used as a public art park. —Joshua Pramis
