Being in Baltimore seemed to make voters a little uptight: it ranked, yet again, as the least safe-feeling city in the country, and also as the most unkempt. Footballs fans, however, might feel a little more chemistry with residents as the city did make the top 20 for its beer, pizza, and sports bars.
