Georgia’s capital improved its position by five slots since last year, but voters still struggle to warm up to these southerners: they ranked Atlantans as being pretty unfriendly, perhaps because they have less of a sweet-tea accent than their neighbors in Savannah. Atlanta did claim some new respect in this year’s survey, however, by cracking the top 10 for its barbecue.
