Doesn’t Epcot count as international cuisine? Apparently not—the Florida city ranked next to last for ethnic fare, but scored better for big-name dining, thanks in part to Emeril. Voters like Orlando best during winter and spring break, but a savvy time to visit this family-vacation mecca is right after school has started. During September, the city’s best restaurants are offering “Magical Dining Month,” with three-course, prix fixe dinner menus for $30.
