AFC readers didn’t automatically think of food when considering the resort-friendly Puerto Rican capital: it ranked a much higher No. 4 for its cocktails and potential for amor. But adventurous meat-lovers may want to try the photo-op-worthy lechón—spit-roasted suckling pig—sold at roadside cafés south of the city, along the aptly named La Ruta del Lechón.
