People who have come to America’s vacation paradise—for honeymoons, to relax on a beach, or to hole up in a big resort—will likely eat almost anything. And yet, Honolulu still ranked highly for foodies, thanks in part to well-made local specialties such as Kahlua pork or raw poke. Wander Waikiki and you’ll find great sushi at Sansei, or burgers, mai tais, and legendary sunsets at hot spot Rumfire. Voters did give the thumbs down to one American classic found on the islands: the pineapple-influenced pizza, ranked No. 33.
