GTC opened in early 2010 and fast became a local favorite. The Center City hot
spot is one part restaurant, one part wine shop, and one part grocer; diners
can stock up on fresh cheeses, charcuterie, and a selection of olive oils. At
the brunch table, expect creative twists like Scotch eggs, pizza with a
duck-fat sourdough crust, and even a light duck confit salad.
