At last night's ESPY awards, all eyes were on Caitlyn Jenner. The recipient of this year's Arthur Ashe Courage Award, she was honored for shedding light on issues facing the transgender community, and for going public with her own transition.
In support of Jenner, Airbnb debuted its "Is Mankind" ad during the broadcast.
The one-minute spot features a baby walking toward a window, while a voice suggests people try to see the world from a different perspective.
"Go see, go look through their windows so you can understand their views,” it says. “Sit at their table so you can share their tastes."
The ad finishes flashing the words “mankind,” “womankind,” “trans-kind,” and “humankind” followed by the campaign's tagline, "belong anywhere" and the brand's logo.
This isn't the first time the Airbnb has shown support for the LGBTQ community. Earlier this year, the brand debuted its #HostWithLove ad campaign, highlighting issues facing gay and transgender travelers.
