India's little airline that could is growing. Jet Airways (jetairways.com) has inaugurated a direct Mumbai-New York flight (via Brussels), and starting this fall, the brand-new fleet of Boeing 777's, Airbus A330's, and Boeing 787 Dreamliners will also fly direct from Toronto (also via Brussels) and San Francisco (via Shanghai). For its North American debut, the carrier has introduced ergonomic seats with footrests in economy class, and 23-inch flat-screen TV's, private wardrobes, and 83-inch flat beds—the world's longest—in first class.
