Staying loyal to your shampoo brand is one thing. Taking 100 different voyages on the same cruise ship? This brings brand loyalty to an entirely new level. On March 15, Bernard and Janice Caffary embarked on their 100th trip aboard the Carnival Sensation out of Port Canaveral, Florida.

I’m sure your imagination is teeming with the exotic perks that would bring someone back time and time again, but the couple attributes their return journeys to one simple thing: a friendly crew. And the admiration is far from a one-sided. The Caffarys are well-known by crew and port workers, who marked the occasion of their 100th voyage with banners, a video tribute, a framed Carnival flag signed by the ship’s captain, and “other onboard courtesies” (maybe this is where the exotic perks come into play).
