Two exceptional new restaurants: Tutto Italia (407/939-3463; disneyworld.disney.go.com) is an atypically upscale restaurant in Epcot's Italy pavilion, with ornate chandeliers and a menu created by star chef Joachim Splichal. The other is the fun Pan-Asian Yak and Yeti restaurant (407/939-3463; disneyworld.disney.go.com) inspired by the hotel of the same name in Nepal; it's in Animal Kingdom, not far from Expedition Everest.
