If you've ever dreamed of traveling the world and getting paid to do so, Virgin Atlantic has an opportunity for you. The airline is currently hiring members of their cabin crews based out of London Heathrow.

The first prerequisite: The full-time job requires employees to fly out of both London Heathrow and London Gatwick.

So what does it take to grab a job at one of the world's best airlines for customer service? There are a few things they're looking for, according to the job description:

You need to be a minimum of 18 years of age

  • Have an arm reach of 210cm (this will be checked at interview stage without shoes)

  • Be able to brace with your feet flat on the floor whilst sitting in our jump seat, which is 45cm off the floor (this will be checked at interview stage also without shoes)

  • Have no live criminal convictions or cases pending, including drunk driving convictions

  • Have a minimum of three GCSE (General Certificate of Secondary Education) or equivalent level passes

  • Be fluent in both written and spoken English

  • Have the right to live and work in the U.K.

  • A confident swimmer; you will need to demonstrate that you can swim 25 meters unaided and tread water whilst putting on and manually inflating a life jacket. This will be tested during training.

  • Committed to undertaking a rigorous five-week training program

    If you can check all of these off the list and you're a looking for a new gig, this may just be your next move. But enough about what you need to accomplish; time for the perks.
