Seabourn defines luxury for the old-money crowd, operating three tastefully decorated, 208-passenger yachts where guests are pampered with free-flowing champagne and other niceties while enjoying unique itineraries. The new, ultra-modern 450-passenger Seabourn Odyssey, however, adds a hip ship for the bon vivant crowd. Seabourn’s hallmarks are its impeccable service, fine cuisine overseen by Charlie Palmer (Aureole), and luxurious suite accommodations. Passengers dress up at night (even on “casual” itineraries).
