Its dove-gray walls, white curtains, Empire-style chairs, Baccarat glasses, and many candles make it an ideal haven for a simple glass of champagne as an aperitif or a nightcap. It’s regularly filled with a small crowd of insiders quietly sipping cocktails and occasionally nibbling bits of foie gras and cheese.
