The biggest of the airport’s nine VIP lounges (it sprawls over 21,000 square feet) is also the biggest in Spain. Here, business-class Iberia travelers can take advantage of decadent amenities like self-service bars and buffets, TV rooms, showers, free Wi-Fi, a sleep area with soft lighting and screened beds, and the Velásquez Bistro, a glassed-in, late-night restaurant with views of the runway. The Rincón del Vino wine bar stocks exclusive vintages, and the food here is no ordinary airport fare: meals are whipped up by onetime Ferrán Adrià protégé Sergi Arola.
