TOTT’s—for “Talk of the Town”—is a contemporary restaurant (specializing in super-tender Wagyu beef, including a delicious $29 burger) that morphs into a buzzing nightclub where the convention, business, and tourist crowd boogies to imported pop and rock cover bands. The specialty drinks are a major draw; one concoction to try is the Tai-tai (the Cantonese term for a rich wife): a mix of champagne, raspberry vodka, Chambord, and raspberries.
