A collection of design-heavy, modern housewares makes Koo de Kir the hippest shelter shop in this antique-saturated neighborhood. The stylish, clean-lined pieces here range from classic Noguchi rice-paper lamps and Eva Zeisel porcelain vases to candlesticks and salad spoons in the shape of tree branches. There's also a nice selection of colorful block-print pillows, and throws and rugs from Emma Gardner.
