A favorite among St. Paul’s after-work crowd, this casual neighborhood bar makes ordering a beer an enjoyable challenge, thanks to the 50 on tap and more than 100 by the bottle—listed on chalkboards that stretch to the ceiling. This is the place to try two of the best local brews: the rich and malty Surly Furious or Summit’s hoppy Extra Pale Ale.
