Gallery Row

A collection of approximately four-dozen art spaces spanning from L.A.’s Historic Core to the Fashion District, Gallery Row became part of the local vernacular back in 2003. The establishments represent many artistic mediums, from painting and sculpture to graffiti and photography. Shops like Raw Materials and Crewest Gallery even sell spray cans, canvases, and watercolors, so patrons can create their own art. Additionally, performance spaces such as Disney Hall, the Mayan, and the Orpheum also fall under the Gallery Row banner.  On the second Thursday of each month, many galleries collectively extend hours and host a Downtown Art Walk, complete with clusters of food trucks.
