Copenhagen
BrewPub
Located in a vaulted basement room in a 17th-century buliding just a few blocks from Copenhagen's City Hall (with entrance only through an interior courtyard biergarden), Brewpub updates the traditional drinking hall concept with touches like the white tile floor and open, floor-to-ceiling painted wood shelving lined with glassware. The gastropub menu includes entrees such as beer-braised pork, pepper steak, and beef bernaise, as well as the pub food favorite, fish and chips. Then there's the beer: 16 craft beers made in-house, as well as other Danish and international beers on tap and by the bottle.
Insider Tip:
Just a few blocks away, Copenhagen's main pedestrian shopping street the Stroget, is a great place to explore either before or after the pub.
