Bar Pilar

Located in the U Street neighborhood, this mid-city restaurant and bar serving New American cuisine inspired by local farms and seasonal produce. The interior boasts dimly lit wall sconces and exposed brick walls. The tapas-style menu features small plates, such as smoked trout roe with a sunny side-up egg, all day roasted pork shoulder on garlic trencher, and brown sugar roasted spaghetti squas. Then menu also includes a cheese and charcuterie plate, as well as a selection of desserts.
