Dubrovnik is not the place for cutting-edge clothing and furniture boutiques, but Old Town is home to a handful of quirky stores—and a thriving gallery scene. Talir is one of the most prominent of the lot and features mostly Croatian painters, in styles ranging from modern abstract to classic oil portraits. The adjacent café showcases even more art—and the city's boho crowd.
